PAWPARAZZI: 23rd Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade in New York City

Like every year, the annual Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade 2013 edition took place in New York City. Over 400 dogs in costumes attended the event, making it one of the most adorable dog parades in the United States.
